The final stage of the admissions is the delivery of application documents to the Maritime University of Szczecin. _
If you are applying for a degree programme delivered in English
you do not need to provide us with paper documents at the admission application stage, but they will be required immediately after your arrival in Poland. _
If you are applying for a degree programme delivered in Polish
, at the admission stage you must provide the required documents online by uploading them in the admission system. The complete set of hard copy documents will only be required if you are selected for admission. You will be informed about the deadline for delivering these documents in an email we will send to you after the admission process.

POLSKA (Poland) NOTE: If you live nearby Poland and apply for a short-term visa
in order to come to Poland during the admissions period, than the certificate of participation in the admissions at the Maritime University in Szczecin you will obtain in the International Students & Mobility Office. Before that, however, you must:
- complete the online application form in the admission system,
- attach in the online admission system at least the scan of the secondary school leaving certificate (or a first-cycle diploma), and
- pay the application fee.
